Selection Procedure – SBI PO (Probationary Officers) Recruitment 2025 – 600 Posts

There are total 3 stages/phase of selection.

1. Phase-I: Preliminary Examination (30 Marks) (An objective covering English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability.)
2. Phase-II: Scheme of Main Examination (200 Marks and 50 Marks) (An objective test and a descriptive test (50 marks) that includes Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, Data Analysis & Interpretation, General Awareness/Banking Knowledge, and English Language)
3. Phase-III: Psychometric Test, Group Exercise, Personal Interview. Assistant Manager (This final phase evaluates candidates through personality profiling, group exercises (20 marks), and an interview (30 marks).)
